Thrill, enjoyment, fun and fully in the zone of the moment. Watch a child play and observe how she engrossed herself fully in the action or process. As adults we are like that too given the activity of choice is our passion or hobby.
The thrill and excitement grabs and possess us. The process does us. We become the process. In the flow of the moment, we rapture ourselves. There is no longer subject nor object. It is simply a process – a blending of two becoming one.
The selfless state is like this too. When we become the other person, we are the other person. Her joy becomes ours, her sorrow becomes ours. We rejoice or be with as one not two.
We see with the other’s eyes, feel with the other’s heart and perceive with the other’s mind. Using no-mind to assist and neutralize we let go of all unuseful thoughts (in fact all the mind does is to elude and to hinder) – let go of the entire mind. Using emptiness to blend and harmonise all.
Life is a mystery to be lived. Every moment is anew and afresh and is meant to be explored. The thrill of having fun and games in the play of the current moment in full watchfulness and alertness.
When our mind is rested, settled and new to every moment of the present. We are in awe of existence as we explore and discover ourselves, our true nature by peeling of layers upon layers of illusion suggested by the memory/mind/habits/past. We keep peeling off these unrealities and see things as they are.
We dance, sing, bounce in our steps, smile and laugh in bliss and inner joy. Here and now where infinity and heaven is.
